As we transition into the fall training cycle, I am incredibly proud to look back on a historic and highly productive summer for the Royal Highland Fusiliers of Canada. The focus of ARROWHEAD GUARDIAN 26 is defensive operations. Among other lessons, soldiers are training how to dig in, prepare obstacles, manage the battlespace, and protect the force from drones. Although defensive ops are the focus, offensive tactics such as patrolling also play a vital role in force protection.
